Hi there,

Is it possible to create a legend with names from a selfmade list. When I plot a graphic, the autocreated legend takes the names from the header, but i want to put in names from a different list(book), for example from different cells.

Anyone has a solution?

Thanks

Stefan

Hi Laurie,

Thanks for your quick answer, that helps a lot. But is this also possible by Labtalk-script. Because I have a lot of legends I need to modify and right-clicking each of them is not the way i would like to do it. ;)

Thanks
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Right-click on the legend text and choose Properties from the context menu.

You can enter a syntax like follows:
%([book1]sheet1!,3,1)

The value in column 3, row 1 of Book1, sheet1 will appear in your legend.

Laurie
