I am new using this new program. Can OriginPro 8.1 be used to insert parabola equation?
For example
- y = 3x2 + 12x + 1.
- y2 + 2y = -4x + 8.

Hi,
I'm not quite sure what you meant by "insert equation", are you going to insert an equation on a graph?
If so, in 8.1 it's only supported to insert texts onto a graph, but not equation object as OLE, which is possible in 8.6, our latest version.
