Hi. I want to automate plotting a fitting curve for all graphs in a folder.

I can use a command

nlbegin iy:=1 func:=Allometric1 nltree:=tt;

to successfully draw a fit into an active graph, but the following script does nothing:

doc -ef LP {
win -a %H;
nlbegin iy:=1 func:=Allometric1 nltree:=tt;
}

Hi,

You need to finish the fitting and generate fitted curve for each graph. Try the following:

doc -ef LP
{
nlbegin iy:=1 func:=Allometric1 nltree:=tt;
nlfit;
nlend 1 AU_AUTO;
}
