Hi i`m completly new with LabTalk. But i`m experienced in programming.

I have two Columns. I want to search in the first for an specific value(x). Then i want to copy the Data of the two Columns between the founded cells(x) to 2 new Columns. But there is one extra thing: The Header is also included into the data(see Picture; The Header always starts with "Interval").
I thought the best way would be LabTalk. It is easy dor me to do it in some other Language but i have no idea about LabTalk. So it would be really nive if someone can support me with the LabTalk script. I`m sure i will learn more or at least faster from script then go through all of the tutorials.

Thank you very much!

Hello,

To solve the copy data to new column problem:
please refer to this page, and try example 1:
http://www.originlab.com/doc/X-Function/ref/wextract

Besides, You said that Header is also included into the data, Would you like to remove the Header when import .dat file into worksheet?

Best regards!
Jason
