I see that if I am running a script, and the last active, non-minimized window is a plot window, then after the script is ran for the first time, the plot gets rescaled so that the beginning of the Y range is at 0 (the template has a particular non-zero minimum value).
If I delete the window and rerun the script, this doesn't happen.
This also doesn't happen, if I open any worksheet window after it, or just minimize it, using "win -i" just before the end of the script.
This happens only if the script finishes alright. If it gets interrupted, the scale of the plot doesn't change.

Anybody knows what might be causing this, and how to fight it?
(this is in Origin 6.0,SR4)

Thanks!
