Is there a way to apply FFT high pass filter with a specific cutoff from LabTalk on a worksheet column without plotting the actual graph?

Hi Alexei,
I am not sure of the proper method to do this but I tried the following with success:
The FFT high pass filter code is located in GRANALY.OGS in section [HighPass]. So, select the column and in the script window type:
run.section(GRANALY,HighPass);
The pop-up window appears for you to enter the cutoff. This creates the filered data worksheet but also for some reason an extra column in the original data - I have no idea how to avoid this.
(You can check how to do this yourself: first plot the graph as you normally do, then with the script window open hold down CTRL and SHIFT then click on FFT Filter:High Pass... in the analysis menu - the command Origin calls now appears in the script window.)
I think there is also a NAG function that does the same thing from OriginC so try to post your question to the C forum.
