Is it possible to export the datas includes in a worksheet table, to a excel file, with the LabTalk commands.

You can only export as an ASCII file; however, you can export as a CSV file that can easily be opened in Excel. (In fact, Excel can read any ASCII file.)

You will want to use the wks.export object. Look this up in the Help and there should be some sample code.
