here i am wanting to use labtalk for interfacing with rs as well as parallel GPIB port for this any one has any idea related to this topic, then they can answer me

Though they are Origin C codes (sorry), there are samples (GPIB.c and GPIB2.c) in Origin 7.0 SR4 or later. In Origin7, you find it in \OriginC\Samples subfilder, in 7.5, \Samples\Programming\Origin C Files subfolder.
