Hi all,

does anybody know whether it is possible to automate Peak Analysis Tool (From File Exchange)to integrate the user defined part of the multiple spectra plotted. i usually have several spectra plotted at the same time and i want to integrate same part of each spectrum. i can do it all manually one by one and its very repetative so there must be a way of automating.... Anyone know whether its possible and how?!

Thanks a lot
