Hi!

I have a contour plot and want to integrate a selected ROI along either the x or y axis. The easiest way, I suppose, is to select two points and to find the corresponding matrix elements and then to "copy" this submatrix and paste it into a new matrix. The rest will be easy with the mat.edgeview method.
Is there some method to grab the sub-matrix, I missed, or do I have to write this script by myself?

Thank you for your help!

The TweakROI addon on the File Exchange will copy an ROI submatrix to a new matrix...
