Operating System: win XP

Hi,

since two weeks or so (without any changes on Origin) the
Labtalk command "GetFileName" does only work once while running Origin.
Calling it a second time results in a complete crash.
After a restart of Origin it's the same. I already removed and reinstalled Origin but this did not help
BTW. The Import-Ascii menu item does work properly.

Any ideas?

regards,
Kilian Lenz

Hi Mike,

this one works fine. Thank you!

Hi Kilian,

Does same thing happen with fdlog.open(A)? (File name ends up in %A and file path is %B=fdlog.path$.) That method is better than getfile.
