I am a new user for origin program, and i need to put an equation in the fitting wizared and using it to fit my curves so please could i find the help from you.

Try Help > Origin and search for user-defined fitting functions. In Origin 7 and 7.5 you can also try Help > Tutorials > Origin Tutorials > Tutorial 7 or 11, Nonlinear Curve Fitting > Defining a New Fitting Function. Finally, a multimedia tutorial on Defining and Fitting to a User-defined Fitting Function is available here...
