Origin Ver. and Service Release: 2022b / 9.9.5.167
Operating System:Win10

Hi forum,

my script will be used by serveral user and is located on a server. I have to use a modified template graph for the plot_heatmapxyz-command. Since all user have a different UFF I tried to install the template graph using this command according to the web:

see bottom of: https://www.originlab.com/doc/LabTalk/guide/Creating-Graphs

run.section(dofile.ogs, OnInstallTemplate, "\\...folder to template...\modified-template.otpu");

This error message is the answer to the run.section command:
failed to load TemplateLibrary.c, please contact Orignlab tech service about this problem.

I could not find any other information to this function on the origin-web page. The optu-file is located in the folder and the\\unc-link is correct.

Why does it not work?
Is there a different solution to load a template file from a server-unc-path on the beginning of a labtalk-script sequence?

Thanks for your help and best regards,

Karsten8.
