If you really mean labview 7.1 then I suggest you go to http://forums.ni.com/

If this is an Origin question then how did you obtain the frequency domain data? If you used the Analysis > FFT command then you have two worksheets, say FFT1 and FFT2, each of which has a phase column. FFT2_Phi -= FFT1_Phi will subtract the phases of one from those of the other. If you obtained your spectra some other way are they real and imaginary columns or amplitude and phase columns? If the latter the solution is the same. If the former it would help to know your Origin version. (There is no Origin 7.1.) All versions have LabTalk's angle function with which you can create phase columns. Origin 7.0 and above have Origin C with more powerful complex analysis capabilities.
