the problem is that the 7th column is always in the next row as follows:

I was already recommended that I can handle this by post-import processing, but the problem is that Origin doesn't want to import this file at all,... I'm getting the Attention messages that "file.txt doe not seem to consist of columns of ASCII data",... and that is pretty much the end of the story I cannot import it,...

hope you can help me with this,…

It is because ASCIMP structure can not be setup if data is organized in this way. But if you manually make up first 4 rows of data such as following
