It seems that there is a bug of the wxt XF related to long book/worksheet names.

I have a work book contains 2 columns (XY), here shows it properties:
long name: h2-40sccmch4-500Wplasma-1e-6mbar.csv
short name: h240sccmch450
comments:E:\Users\Wen\Documents\Data\Hiden\20081219\h2-40sccmch4-500Wplasma-1e-6mbar.csv
worksheet name: h2-40sccmch4-500Wplasma-1e-6mbar
It always froze when I tried to run a script:
wxt test:="!(mod(i,50))" ow:=<new>;.

However, if I copy the data to a new book with default names (long name = short name = book1; worksheet name= sheet1), the script can be perfectly run without any problem.

Further test shows that the bug is related to the book name rather than the worksheet name. Both long and short book names should be changed for a successful run of the script.

Opps, can't edit the original post because of:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: 'rs'
