Origin Ver. 8.0724 and Service Release :0
Operating System:Win XP 64bit

I have single column of data as follows:
2
3
4
5
6
7
8
9
10
21

When I count the frequency using Labtalk language in the command window:
'freqcounts irng:=col(A) stepby:=increment inc:=2 cumulcount:=1 freq:=1 cumulfreq:=1'

I got a frequency count with step increase of 2, that is right.

But, use the command again, I can find the two results are quite different, and the later one did not follow the step increase I demand in 'inc:=2'.

How can I use the Labtalk continuously? Hoping the problem could be settled here.
All the thanks

Hi konghui,

I've used your scripts with Origin 8 SR6 and found the results are the same. Could you upgrade to Origin SR6 first? You can select Help: Check for Updates or use the following link to download the patch.
