Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):

I am new to origin,I have data containg 60 colums and 3000 rows.ist column corresponds to wavelength and rest 59 columns corresponds to intensity at different times,I have to draw 3d surface graph of this data.i dnt knw how can i write a program to convert it to matrix?can any body help me

It depends how you organize your data. Linear spaced (regular) or not? Maybe you can try to manually convert it first? Please read the Matrix Conversion and Gridding in our User Guide for more helps.
