Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 8.1 SR3
Operating System: Win XP

I am using the integrate function to integrate a dataset with a baseline. In the wiki it says the function temporarily shades the area of integration. I don't see the integration when I use the function. Is there a way to permanently shade the area or is there another way to integrate and shade the area of integration?

Thanks!

Thank you for the help. I have decided to work with the addtool_curve_integ X-Function and it is working like a charm.

Thanks again.

Hi,

When you use integrate LabTalk command, you need to activate the graph, which is created from the dataset for integration, to see the temporary shades. To see the results, you can refer to the example in this page.

As the information shows, you are using Origin 8.1 SR3. So, to keep the shade permanently, X-Function addtool_curve_integ can be used instead. You can activate the graph, and then select menu Gadgets: Integration.
