Hello
Today I used origin for the first time, so I am unable to solve my task via LabTalk programming on my own.

Task:
Define an Value on the x-axis as the beginning of an intervall with a certain length if the value of y decreases by a certain amount.
Determine the average increase ( first derivative) for three consecutive values these values are still two values prior to the beginning of the intervall.

Example.
The Beginning of an Intervall was defined as the thenth value (x10,y10).
Hence the average increase (first derivation) from (x5,y5) till (x7,y7) , is of interest.

At first I generate a Line Plot and used math tool to create the first derivation for all values (x,y).

Any idea

Please state your problem more clearly. I believe that your lack of responses is due to the fact that none of the users understand your problem.
