Thank you for the peak detection help but this doesn't seem to be working. Do I have to deal with origin c and write a whole program or what. I am entering "MACKEY1_m=peaks(data1_e,1,0)" where MACKEY1 is my file and m and e are the two columns into the prompt window but nothing is happening. I would think that with 1 and 0 as the values everything would get picked up. Can you give me any more direction? Thanks.
