There is a bug in stdioFile::ReadString, this function no longer return FALSE upon reaching the end of file. This bug was introduced when we changed this function for better handling of various different kinds of files, from MAC or Unix.

So if you are writing your routine to read ASCII files, you should probably skip this SR4 patch.
