Posted - 04/25/2003 : 10:11:47 AM Is there an Origin C equivalent to the labtalk mat.multiply() method for normal matrix multiplication? I need to multiply matrices that are not attached to Origin matrix windows and would like to avoid creating the windows just to perform the operation.

You can just use the '*' operator, such as mat3 = mat1 * mat2; where these are all matrices not attached to Origin objects.
The mat.DotMultipy method under matrixbase class does element by element multiplication.
