Hi,

very quick question. I like to write multiply lines to a note window I created. How do I do that? Is there a way to call the note window handle? My simple code at the moment is

void SP_note(string strtext)
{
Note noteWin;
noteWin.Create(CREATE_VISIBLE);
noteWin.text=strtext;
}

But I like to write several lines to it. how do i do it?

thanks

Qiang

The following is some code which CP posted on one of these forums some time ago ... it (or something like it) might be what you are looking for ...

bool out_str_note(LPCSTR lpcszWinName, LPCSTR lpcszText, bool bAddNewLine=true)
{
Note nWnd(lpcszWinName);
if(nWnd)
{
string strOld = nWnd.Text;

strOld += lpcszText;

if(bAddNewLine)
strOld += "\r\n";

nWnd.Text = strOld;
return true;
}

return false;
}
