It's in my wksheet.h (Origin 7.0 SR4). You need to update your Origin.

Does it work in Origin7.0 (not pro)?
Code Builder said "Member function Worksheet::GetSelectedColumns not defined or does not have matching prototype".
And actually there is no definition of GetSelectedColumns in wksheet.h.
