Hi,

I am new to Origin C and do not know how to define a global variable. I do want to transmit a string constant across a number of different functions. I tried

extern string test;

but that seems not to work. Can anybody help me?

O.K.,

I found a solution:

static string test;

works.

Sorry for bothering everybody.
