Although I was able to send data from MATLAB to origin worksheet, I can not send the data to append by adding column or by adding rows, or to a specific column by clearing that column.

Anybody can help about it for MATLAB?

Hi,

% Send data over to the Data1 worksheet starting from second row and third column
invoke(originObj, 'PutWorksheet', 'Data1', mdata, 2, 3);

The phototype of PutWorksheet method is:
boolean PutWorksheet(BSTR name, VARIANT data, [optional] VARIANT r1, [optional] VARIANT c1);
//r1, the begining row
//c1, the begining column
