ppasi1	Posted - 11/28/2004 : 4:16:01 PM Hello! I have to do peak (single lorenzian peak) fitting on hundreds of files (each file consisting of single x-y table). The files are all in same format and are located in the same directory. The peak is located between rows 150-200 (whole range 1-500), so the range should be described for fitting procedure. Output should be a table (or a matrix) consisting of files names (or index) and peak parameters. I�m quite familiar with peak fitting in origin, but this large amount of files is difficult to handle with peak fitting tools. I suppose that this task would be done in easiest way with Origin C?? Could anyone more familiar with origin-C give me good ideas how to approach this problem succesfully??
