Origin Version (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5 SR5
Operating System: XP

I'd like to try some of the OC window functions but am doing something wrong. For example, this won't do anything but it should at least compile...

#include <fft_utils.h>

void try_blackman_window()
{
vector vv(128);
BlackmanWin(vv,128); // Error, BlackmanWin@HAKA$HA was called...
//BlackmanWin(&vv,128); // Error, function call and declaration mismatch
};

What's the correct way to use the window functions?

Thanks Easwar,

Luckily the eqs of four of those functions (Welch, Hanning, Hamming and Blackman) are given in the Origin Reference and are relatively easy to code from scratch. That should be enough for now.

Hi Mike,

Our apologies - looks like these prototypes were added prematurely to the header file and the functions themselves are not present in version 7.5 - they will be available in the next version.
