I use Peak Analysis Tool (From File Exchange) to integrate several different parts on the spectra. However, we are talking about 15-30 spectra at the time from the same group. All the datasets come from same worksheet and are sorted as XY XY. Is there a way of me just selecting desired range with the above tool and then use the code to integrate that user defined area for all plotted graphs and still give all the results in the result log?

Thanks.

Darko
