I have tried to connect the Python with Origin using OriginExt.
I have created a simple Scatter plot but now I am wondering how to add more variables. For Example instead of having one if I have to plot 2-3 Variables at a time how to add multiple layers and how to plot multiple graphs

Maybe you should use the Python Forum?

The simplest way to do such thing is to prepare an OPJU with all the things in place and just push the data over to the various worksheets.
