Posted - 09/30/2021 : 10:49:11 AM When fitting peaks using the Peak Analyzer ( OriginPro ), you can use the Peak Fit Parameters dialog to select a built-in function for each peak, or you can use the Fitting Function Organizer or Fitting Function Builder to create a user-defined function.

Posted - 09/27/2021 : 09:02:13 AM Basically you define a fitting function of one peak, and in Nonlinear curve dialog, under Settings tab, select Advanced. You can then check the Replica count in the right panel.
