Hi,

Is it possible to set my Tick Labels as Text from dataset in a contour plot using Origin C? I have used this option manually. The dataset that I want to use is numerical but mirrored (e.g. -10...0...-10).

Thanks!

Hi Larry,

LT_execute("layer.x.label.dataset$=Data1_C");

works prefectly.

Thanks,
mike

hi mlschneider:

I think it may be much easier to use Labtalk scripts to control the axis label, so you can execute labtalk scripts in your OC code.

Such as setting the X axis tick label in the active window, you can add the following line to your code:

LT_execute(layer.x.label.dataset$=Data1_C);

Supposed Data1_C is your label text.
