Try to download this add-on and follow the instructions to create a fitting functoin with Extenal DLL.

I am C source file for different functions and I want using this source code to create fitting functions.

I am not sure if you want to define a fitting function? If it is, you can either rewrite it with Origin C or create an External DLL. For the latter, this may be helpful.
