Posted - 03/28/2007 : 11:28:25 AM I try to use a originc function in windows vista programmed by a former lab member.
By clicking on "Rebuild All" I did not start the script and rather get the following error massage: "C:\Program Files\OriginLab\OriginPro70\ownfuncs2.c(337) :Error, external DLL cannot find function @OUTL : fabs"
I still get an error message when starting functions out of the originlab folder "C:\Program Files\OriginLab\OriginPro70\OriginC\ORIGINLAB\CompareFits.c(180) :Error, external DLL cannot find function @OUTL : invf"
Does C simply not work in Vista or does anybody know a solution? It still doesn't work in compatibility mode (I deactivated UAC and start the program with administrative rights) |

Posted - 04/10/2007 : 12:03:08 PM Hi,
I've found exacly the same problem working in Windows XP. In this case the program is simply the traditional "Hello World" that doesn't use any special function.
The error that appears after cliking on the "Build" button is the same as Ibecker:
C:\Program Files\OriginLab\OriginPro7\OriginC\SYSTEM\internal.c(334) :Error, external DLL cannot find function @OUTL : fabs
Thank you
