Hi!

I have a OriginC script where I try to open more than ~100 columns located in a new wks. With ~100 cols it works fine but when I try to add lets say 200 or more cols, then the program freezes.
I have Origin 8 newest version. I tried to add something to the columns after opening them (by a short loop writings some numbers to each new column) but still no effect - freezing.
This is really(!) interesting as I have other programms where I have up to 1000 columns per wks!
What is the problem? Why isn't it possible to open more than 100 cols? Or better: how can I open more than 100 cols with OriginC?

Thanks for the answers in advance!

Greetz,
R

Found it!

I have to give each column a name! Then I can open 1000 cols in a new wks!

Good to know - took me 1 hour trying. Thanks Origin...
