Origin Ver.7.5Pro and Service Release2 (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: XP

Hello All,

may I ask your help in the following situation:

I did program the following two lines and I didn't manage to avoid the warning:"Argumentfehler, Datentyp!" (in english sth. like "argument error, data type").

Here the two lines, where the 2nd line line produces the warning:

wks1.Columns(8).SetType(OKDATAOBJ_DESIGNATION_L);
Dataset C(wks1, 8);

Is this a bug in V7.5Pro sr2? Help please, thank you!

best regards,
Christian

Dataset can be used on numeric data only. Check to see if that column is still Text&Numeric or Numeric double.
