Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System:
I am using a new function to simulate my results:
y=P1*(1-exp(-P2*(x-1.908)))^2

but i do not know how to define the initinalize the parameters of p1 and p2. Will you please tell me? Thanks a lot!

Are you using Origin 8? If so, please update to SR6 and follow This Example and read the help of nlbegin X-Function.
