Origin Ver. and Service Release OriginPro 8.5.0 SR1:

Hi all,

I have successfully populated columns of the origin worksheet with Origin. There are no error messages and everything looks good. I can also open the worksheet successfully on the same computer which is running Windows 7.

However, the document crashed on me when I tried to open it using another computer running Windows XP. Is there something I should do to make it compatible across various operating systems?

Please advise.

Thanks!

Hi,

Are you using the same version of Origin in both Win7 and WinXP? Or could you please send your file created in Win7 to technical support? And then we can have a try to see what the problem is. Thanks.

Which operating system are you running? XP Pro or Home Edition?
