Hi,

i am using an Lecroy oscilloscope for measurements. The data is saved with the lecroy binary format.

Can someone tell me, how to open this binary files with Origin.

Hi Babi,

With the Import Wizard provided by Origin, you can import binary files. You can refer to this page for more details on importing binary files. However, we don't know the structure of the lecroy binary format you mentioned. So, maybe you can ask the instrument supplier for the structure of the file and then try with Import Wizard.
