When I start a script I draw about 20 graphs at once.
Is there a way to close all graph windows at once using python??

You can use a very simple LabTalk command,

import originpro as op
op.lt_exec("doc -e LP {win -cp %H}")

This loops through each graph window (LP), and post a message to close it (-cp).
