Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 5
Operating System: Both XP and Windows 7
A user here can save from Origin 5 either on XP or Windows 7. She even tried reinstalling on one of the OSes. All the saving function do nothing after selecting them in the menu.
Any ideas what be causing this? |

I ran chkdsk and it didn't find any problem. We have another XP system where it saves fine. |

Hi mauricev,
Sorry, I have no idea why you couldn't save the file. Maybe some kind of privilege/security issue??
Anyway, I won't be terribly surprised with some issues with Origin 5.0 because it is Windows95-time old.
