I think people on board, at least me, couldn't figure out what you said "fitting is done with different symbol". If you mean that your Origin graph contains a set of plots, and you want to fit the function to data points of a specific plot, you can first choose the active dataset at the bottom of "Data" menu (to make it check-marked), then run the fitting session. Origin provide many other ways to assign the input dataset for fitting, but this is an easy way. But, I'm not sure this is exactly what you really want and need.
You can reach the Origin distributor in India in the list at: http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?go=Company/Distributors&pid=842 and they can provide you the technical support.
Good luck.

Posted - 01/18/2012 : 11:21:12 AM respected sir, i have already studied origin 8.1 pdf manual of 600 pages. also 10th unit page 450 onwards as well as marko ledvij pdf manuals. by using the approach of both fitted curve on work sheet wise as well as graph wise fitting is done with different symbol in scattered form with individual fitting. but i required for different symools in scattered with single fitting for all.
now i think to send the querry to origin team by fax. if you advice me.

There are several video tutorials on how to perform various non-linear fitting operations:

Post again if you are still stuck after watching some of these.
