For worksheet to matrix conversion the Edit|Convert To Matrix|RandomXYZ menu option runs a script that requests inputs for Smoothness, Log Space and Gridding Method. Where are these parameters documented?

There is a section in the English version 5.0 3D & Contour Manual entitled "Converting Random XYZ Data" (pages 52-54) that discusses the gridding parameters. Look that section over and post another forum item or contact your technical support representative if that information is insufficient.
