Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 8.5OG SR1
Operating System: Win 7

Hello,
I have inserted a formula in an Origin Plot which has been created with the Microsoft formula editor. Does anybody know if its possible to rotate it by 90°?

Best regards
Bernd

Latex doesn't work for me. Please add the function of rotating a mathtype object. Or even better, to be able to add it as axis title. You can see a lot of people need it.

Hi,

I am sorry that Origin doesn’t support this so far, but you could try LaTex App:

Good afternoon,

I wonder if there is any way to eliminate that limitation? I am trying to use complicated equation as label of Y axis and tehrefore prefer to have it rotated. I am using Origin 8.6 SR3

Is there any other way to insert equation than OLE object from Microsoft Equiation editor?

Dear Bernd,

We are sorry, but the rotation of the OLE-embedded object is not supported. Anyway, thank you very much for the question.
