I have a CCD camera that I am using as a detector for a spectrometer I built. I have been using imageJ to analyze the .bmp images of the spectrum I collect, and plot profile, which just plots the intensity at each pixel on the x axis, then the data can be copied from this plot into origin.
Can this be done all in origin, plot the intensity at each pixel number? When analyzing thousands of spectrum the process becomes laborious in imageJ and I wish to streamline it somewhat.

To see the tool: Create a new matrix Select File : Import : Image and browse to your BMP file to import Then select Plot : Image : Image Profiles to bring up your image in our Profile tool. (You may be asked to convert from color tpo gray scale.)
Note how you have a vertical and a horizontal line that you can move on the graph to get profiles for any vertical or horizontal segment. How does this differ from what you want?
