Hi mohamed1986,

You can create a 3D functional plot (I assume you have the function formula, Z=f(x, y) ) by choosing "File: New: Function Plot: 3D Function Plot" menu. (in Origin 8.6; in an older version you first need to make a matrix filled with values by your formula, then, choose Plot menu.)
