Posted - 02/07/2013 : 8:42:40 PM they need to right click Origin icon and choose "Run as administrator" to launch Origin.

Could you look at it and see if you can do the same steps to get evaluation license?
Mainly for Win7/Vista users, they need to right click Origin icon and choose "Run as administrator" to launch Origin. Then they will see a dialog to guide you through licensing process.
