Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): Origin 8.1SR3
Operating System:Windows 7

Tried to fit a exponential relation with dependent variable on both side, however Origin does not converge.

I set up the formula as: I = I0*(exp((v-I*Rs)/0.0259/n)-1)+(v-I*Rs)/Rp, where I0, Rs, n and Rp are parameters to be fitted, and v is independent variable, and I is the dependent variable which appears on both sides.

Any idea how to set up the NLFit?
thanks in advance.

Origin 8.6 is our lastest version. But it does not support the implicit function that will be the feature in our next version.

Do you mean the 8.6 or it's still under development?
