Origin Ver 8.6. and Service Release: SR3
Operating System: Win7

Dear all,

I want to plot the heatmap like the one shown in Figure 4b here: http://www.cs.duke.edu/courses/fall07/cps296.3/lee.2007.pdf
I have 2000 vectors containing 6000 values each, each should vector should be represented as a line on this heatmap, like the example at the link above. Unfortunately the straightforward way to plot the heatmap does not work (problems with colors, problems with sorting of the vectors). Could you please help with any advice if you have previously managed to make such thins in Origin?
